JPA was founded in 2010 with the aim of offering institutions, companies, and private investors the opportunity to invest in real estate through tailored funds and fund-like structures.
The company is built on more than 50 years of combined experience in the real estate sector, fund management, capital raising, board work, and strategic and advisory services for growth-oriented businesses.
Over the years, the founders have worked with — and advised — some of the world’s leading real estate funds, investment banks, pension funds, and consultancy firms, as well as several of Sweden’s most recognised property companies.
JPA combines deep investment expertise with advanced financial thinking, and takes pride in developing clear, high-quality investment concepts at the forefront of industry progress.
In recent years, we have expanded our focus beyond real estate to include green infrastructure and growth-stage companies.
At JPA, our values lie at the heart of everything we do. They shape how we think, how we act, and how we build for the future. In an ever-changing world, they keep us grounded and guide us forward.
We strive to build a culture of excellence through shared values, diversity of thought, and a belief that few things feel as good as a job well done.
